  • Service Description

    • All pets/animals must be removed from the area of service for treatment to be rendered.
    • All entry gates must be unlocked during the agreed upon service time.
    • Customer will remain indoors and avoid close proximity during the time of treatment.
    • Ideal treatment times are mornings and evenings for effectiveness.
    • Customer will provide as much advance notice as possible if a specific time of service is required.

  • Waiver of Liability

  • The Provider and the Provider’s agents, employees, assigns, heirs, and ascendants will have no liability for claims for personal injury or property damage due to the Provider’s application of the above-named product, where the product is applied substantially in accord with the label’s instructions. This limitation of liability applies to any damages, to include, without limitation, those that might be considered punitive, consequential, or incidental where they arise from the application of the named product by the Provider.
